The patent training programs at Get Fast are highly advanced and systematic. They bring together the key components of improved speed, agility and overall athletic performance. Throughout the training period, specific attention is given to sprint mechanics, neuromuscular coordination, anaerobic & aerobic conditioning and muscle physiology, all for the specific purpose of improving every athlete's performance.

These programs are geared towards high end athletes at the high school, college and professional ranks. They provide the amateur athlete with the opportunity to train on the world’s most highly advanced equipment in a safe and professional atmosphere.

GEAR ON ICE - PRO SHOP

The Pro Shop is located in a central space in the main lobby area. They offer both figure skating and hockey equipment for all ages,
along with a full line of apparel.

ELLIOT'S RESTAURANTS

Elliotts' Off Broadway Deli is a destination spot for restaurant customers as well as a convenient place for existing guests to eat and experience. It is a combination of service, high quality food, cleanliness, and convenience that truly sets it apart from any other. The menu includes home-made soups, fresh tossed salads, a variety of pasta dishes, ribs, pizza, sandwiches and more. The restaurant is also licensed for beer and wine service.
